Health education
Hygiene, sanitation and nutrition information for households.
Disease prevention
Awareness of HIV, tuberculosis, malaria and lifestyle-related conditions.
Referral and follow-up
Linking households with health facilities for antenatal care, immunization and chronic conditions.
